If starting price is between $ 25.01 and $ 50.00 then charge will be: $ 1.00
If starting price is between $ 50.01 and $ 75.00 then charge will be: $ 1.50
If starting price is between $ 75.01 and $ 100.00 then charge will be: $ 2.00
If starting price is between $ 100.01 and $ 500.00 then charge will be: $ 5.00
